I'm thrilled with the excellent cleaning and housekeeping services that Bright & Beautiful provide. The teams are so friendly, hard-working and professional, and Tarine (the owner) provides an exceptional service. Really recommend as they make my life so much better!

What an incredible team. I had Terri and her Mum Jo from the beginning as well as some other lovely ladies. These girls know how to go above and beyond. They whip through the house leaving every surface clean and dusted and things are tidied and left with a hotel finish. You never have to worry about your cleaners not turning up due to illness etc as they work as a team. Brilliant concept and the owner Terrine is a total delight to work with and so lovely.

I was faced with an emergency when my late brothers widow was about to be discharged from hospital to her home following open heart surgery and a 3 month stay in hospital. As always the hospital decided to discharge her with only a few days notice, and I arranged for my son to travel the 200 miles from his home here in Somerset to open up the house and prepare it prior to her return. On arrival he was shocked to find that the property had deteriorated to such an extent whist his Aunt had been hospitalised, that it was filthy and uninhabitable. He contacted me immediately and on the Sunday morning I got in touch with Terine at Bright and Beautiful. Brentwood. She arrived at the house to meet my son within hours on the Sunday, assessed the situation very professionally and came up with a plan of action and a written proposal and quotation. This was accepted and Terine and her great team started work within days. They carried out a complete and thorough deep clean of the premises , all the curtains, clothes and bedding were laundered, with the whole place de-cluttered' and now, less than two weeks later. is once again 'Bright and Beautiful and fit to welcome its grateful owner back to her beloved home. This was not an inexpensive exercise and in my experience you do not always get what you pay for. I am pleased to say that in this case we got exactly what we paid for and this was in the end analysis real value for money. Terine and her folk did a great job and I have no hesitation in recommending her as 'The go to girl' for all your cleaning needs. David Scott
