Complete PC and Mac Services

Hello new potential customers. If you are in need of a repair then Complete PC and Mac Services is the one. I'm a student /carer and I accidentally broke my Macbook Pro screen on the 25th of May 2022 (RIP). I needed an urgent repair as all my work was on my laptop and I had deadlines coming up a week later. Thanks to Juliette and her team I was able to meet the submission. Complete PC and Mac Services are ridiculously convenient which is amazing for my busy life. Juliette managed to pic my laptop up the same day she came to my address. I would of got it repaired and back to me by the next morning which was amazing but her supplier did not have my mac screen in the right colour. This was not a problem for juliette she managed to go out her way and found me a screen that matched my mac. She repaired it in in 3 days it would of been 2 if I didn't have a space grey laptop. They also put heat cooler software on my mac as it was r eaching high temperatures of 90c. Also my screen has a 6 month warranty I believe so if there is a fault which I doubt their will be I can get it fixed easy. I have purposely waited before giving feeback to see if I can notice any problems with the screen. So far there are no problems the screen looks amazing the colours are great the screen is a decent brightness and the price of the repair was very affordable. I also had regular updates from the company when they diagnosed my laptop and also I receieved a digital receipt of what they will be doing. Apple was going to charge me £500+, complete PC done a screen repair +temperature control for £385 with a respectable sense of urgency to assure I met my deadline. I would highly recommend Complete PC and Mac Services they have been one of the most easiest, pleasant and convenient repair services that I've been too. They have 27+year repairing tech and they know exactly what they are doing and have pride on what they do. Hopefully I don't accidentally break any more of my devices but if I do you know I'm coming back to Complete PC and Mac Services Very sattified and highly recommended also very friendly. I highly recommend this service. My iMac presented multiple problems and at each stage of the complex repairs, the responses were professional, prompt and very friendly. Juliette is very conscientious and a stickler for details — just what you want to reassure you. It's a delight to see someone so experienced, professional and trustworthy operating in our area.

Wow…customer service was excellent…I spoke to Juliette mid afternoon and explained that Apple wouldn’t touch our iMac due to a hard drive fault as it was vintage 2012! Juliette came to the house at 9pm that day to collect our Mac….she managed to retrieve our data and installed a new upgraded hard drive and bought it back 6 days later fully working as new! The price was very reasonable and was the original price quoted..no hidden extras…we couldn’t be happier with our new faster Mac. Thank you Juliette your customer service and knowledge is 2nd to none👍

Jules provides an excellent service. My laptop appeared to be having a mechanical failure - she quickly worked out the problem and kept me up to date on the fix. Very professional and straight forward to deal with and I wouldn't hesitate to use her services again.

Had a computer complete shut down after an update at work was picked up within couple hours and returned 3 days later up and running and all documents saved! She done an amazing job and kept our business running while having the computer down! Massive thanks from everyone at Fast Van Hire! X
