Andy has a genuine passion for promoting the well being of relationships between dogs and their owners. He clearly loves what he does and has patience to deal with any problems arising. He listens to the problems and then responds accordingly.

Andy is so knowledgeable about dog behaviour and how to help their individual needs. He has really helped us with our dog and he really goes the extra mile to offer a friendly and professional service. Would definitely recommend him.

I highly recommend Andy. I called Andy when my 1 year old Labrador's behaviour became aggressive towards other people on our walks and those arriving at the front door. Andy came to our house and was able to see at first-hand that Elvis was actually frightened. I had completely mis-understood. Andy was able to guide Elvis and I on how best to handle these situations going forward. We became calmer outside and at home at the front door. These days he is soo much better when he meets people on our travels and at those at the front door! Our neighbours who Elvis used to growl at commented on what a difference, one neighbour now carries a dog biscuit in his pocket (just in case!) for Elvis. It's soo nice to see Elvis happy with all of our neighbours - the postmen have also noticed a difference at the front door! The second behaviour issue I had was that Elvis would drag me when walking despite me trying every heel-walking technique. Andy was able to show me how to walk Elvis correctly, and quite honestly it didn't take long for Elvis to grasp the heel-walking. My 10 year old daughter can walk Elvis at the heel! Andy really knows a lot about dogs, and I've just taken onboard some useful tips on recall which I am working on. We did note that my 10 year old has a better recall than me! So the problem with recall is me - not Elvis!!! And that is why Andy is soo good, he can really help you. Elvis is now 2 years old and transformation in his behaviour is wonderful! Thank you Andy!
