I bought a zara jacket from oxfam that had a minor defect with 50% discount from efendi. i went to efendi and the lady sorted it in less than 5 minutes and then said it was nothing so didn’t charge me so i was extremely happy to have my jacked good as new and really got s bargain. thank you to the lovely lady who served me
