Mackfields Domestic Appliances

Fabulous Service We bought our new dishwasher from Mackfields they fit it for free and took away the old one. If we had bought it elsewhere we would have been charged for a plumber as the original machine was fitted so badly. Save money in the long run use Mackfield, and they give you a time and turn up when they say. Just good old fashion service.

Im a big fan of these guys. Our washing machine broke and they were out same day to try and fix it. Having then found that due to the number of issues with the machine it would be better replaced, they then had a new machine with me within the hour. All at the same cost as the same machine from John Lewis. I would recomend them.

What service. Washing machine died this morning and within a few hours new washing machine installed so quick I have no Washing to do yet! Our family have been using this family business for decades and with such service why would you go anywhere else. And the banter!

Excellent customer service. Washing machine came up with an error message couldn’t get to the washing. Called Macksfield; they got an engineer out for me within 2 hours of me making the call. Fixed my problem charged me a very reasonable price (unlike the branded names who would charge the earth) and left me very happy and grateful that they fixed my problem straight away. Thank you Neil for a great service, will definitely be calling you again if anything else goes wrong.
