I have used this store for a lot of years and have never had any problem with their service.

After being let down by an online kitchen appliance provider, we approached stellisons to assist in sourcing matching fridge and freezer cabinets. their staff were very helpful and found appliances which met our requirements, which were subsequently delivered a few days later. excellent service all round, we will certainly purchase from them again when the need arises.

Went to stellisons to buy a tv as my old one was broken. i wanted to give the business to a local business. chris and paul were both very helpful in explaining what i could buy and gave me all the options. the tv i opted for was in the store so i could have it straight away. they also went the extra mile and very kindly carried the tv to my car for me, which i really appreciated. will definitely go back when i need another electrical appliance. thank you!

I bought a new cooker from stellisons this summer. from start to finish the start the staff couldn't have been more helpful. i really appreciated the opportunity to look at a range of different models in the store, ask questions and get advice on the best option for me, with no pressure to make an immediate decision. because i couldn't have it fitted straight away, stellisons stored the cooker for me for several weeks, then arranged a delivery within 2 days once i was ready for it. delivery was prompt, efficient and polite. i'm delighted with the cooker, and would certainly shop here again. if you're looking for reliable service and face-to-face advice, i'd definitely recommend stellisons.
