I was lucky enough to have a few wonderful ladies assist me through the buying process. i had lots of bumps along the way but michaela was brilliant from the start - always remaining professional, warm and friendly even through frustrating situations. this really made a difference as i was a first time buyer, doing it by myself, so got very stressful at times! it’s really refreshing to deal with individuals that genuinely care about their clients and communicate so well. thank you!

I was leaving london behind and i noticed how the estate agents work differently compare to london ones. london estate agents chase you instead of me chasing them to get a place to rent or buy. i can't thank enough to fran and her team to give me a place that i call home faster than any other estate agents in brentwood. they are very professional and friendly. they helped me out during the process. i always recommend them any of my friends who wants a place out of london. thanks for being there for me and thanks for giving me a place to call home.
