I was lucky enough to have a few wonderful ladies assist me through the buying process. I had lots of bumps along the way but Michaela was brilliant from the start - always remaining professional, warm and friendly even through frustrating situations. This really made a difference as I was a first time buyer, doing it by myself, so got very stressful at times!
