Next Chapter Estate Agents - Brentwood

The second time we've dealt with next chapter and they were fantastic again. this time around they were selling our flat — and we couldn't have asked for much more. easier to deal with than other local agents, friendly, always kept us up to date with what was going on. don't seem to lay on the bull**** like other agents either, they just get the job done! thanks amir, hayley & the whole team!

I can't speak highly enough of amir and the team at next chapter. we used them to sell our house in brentwood and their level of communication is great - be it on slack or over the phone. i know i can be difficult to deal with sometimes, but the guys were great in managing expectations and, when it came to negotiating our sale (and even answering questions about our onward purchase), their advice was invaluable. great fees. great service. great people.

Next chapter have been absolutely fantastic throughout the sale of my property, i cannot rate them highly enough. they went the extra mile to ensure my sale went through, and were always available to assist in any way possible. all of the staff are friendly, professional, and most importantly reachable. alex did a great job showing the property to its full, and hayley was amazing throughout the entire process and went above and beyond all expectation. if you want a 5* service go with next chapter and you won’t be disappointed. 10/10!

I used next chapter estate agents to sell my rental property and i was delighted with the service they provided. amir and his team are professional, efficient, proactive, and they have an excellent communication system that eases the flow of information. i was kept informed on all viewings and provided with feedback. their hard work led to the property being sold far quicker than i expected. hayley, in particular, was very supportive throughout the process. forget your traditional high street estate agents, these guys are great and i can highly recommend them.

We finally found next chapter after almost a year of trying to sell our house. the first agency we used may as well have done nothing. the second tried but just wasn't up to the job, however we really noticed a difference when we signed with next chapter. communication was excellent throughout the whole process even if just ringing to let us know there was no further news. the slack app they provided was also excellent and a great way of communicating especially for me as a driving instructor and being limited as to when i can use the phone. basically they have a great team, great communication, great customer service and attention to detail and most importantly they deliver what they say they can. after a year on the market next chapter sold our house after just 3 weeks. a special mention must be made about hayley who we spoke to most she is absolutely brilliant and couldn't do enough to help us....we have already recommended next chapter to friends who have now listed with them........if your looking for a reliable and communicative team that actually deliver what they say they can ......look no further you just found them....thanks for all your help and assistance during our sale.
