18th August 2023 A huge heartfelt thank you to all the staff of Bennett’s Funeral Directors, especially Martyn, who were professional, courteous, empathetic and helped my family give mum the funeral we all wanted. At times when the family were experiencing difficulties putting the various components of the funeral together, staff were always on hand, to guide, listen make relevant suggestions , Thank you we gave mum a farewell we were all so proud off.

Everyone at Bennetts is amazing but Martyn was outstanding in every respect. Professional, empathetic and so helpful. From the time of the first phone call, to the wonderful help and advice and your patience while trying to deal with the sadness of Dad's passing and organising the funeral. The little touches on the day of the funeral were so appreciated and gave Dad a send off he so deserved. Being able to deal with the same person throughout, made it so much easier and nothing was too much trouble. The aftercare was also something I'll always remember and made me feel so comforted. Thank you so much.

Thank you Nicola for your empathy, patience and for understanding. You have gone above and beyond to make our Mothers funeral perfect. Thank you for arranging Jay to do the service which was exactly what we wanted … compassion and humour. For replying to our many messages:-) And for the small touches that you suggested … My Sister and her daughters were delighted with the boxes for the flowers we could take home and press/keep. And thank you Nicola for making sure I was ok throughout the time at the crematorium it meant a lot …. Thank you from all the family to Bennett’s you were wonderful. Best Wishes from us all
