Fantastic place. Small, quiet gym with no posers anywhere. Got just the right equipment you need. Pool is fantastic as is the Jacuzzi. Steam room doesn't smell of menthol like it used to though. Top place.

My 3YO's swimming lessons are in this pool. Pool is quiet enough for the lesson. Changing room can get a little crowded so we arrive almost ready to minimise time in the changing room beforehand.

Staff always on hand for help and advice if you need it. Nice pool and sauna. Group classes available.

Lovely place to spend your free time actively. Not overcrowded gym area, friendly staff. Swimming pool and extra facilities like jacuzzi, steam room and sauna.

This place was a great find. Pool is heated, just what I was looking for. Cheryl is the swimming instructor & a very good One… Adam is very welcoming at the front desk, and very helpful. Think this helps to create a calming atmosphere. Thanks guys:)
