I started working at Caremax 3 years ago as a carer. Everyone was very caring and supported me to fulfil my role to a very high standard. Management and the carers were absolurely amazing . I enjoyed working for Caremax so much and wanted to further my career. I was given the opportunity to progress to senior carer and Fieldcare Supervisor. The overall experience at Caremax has been very positive and I would recommend working for this company. The carers and management have a very good relationship and always supportive of each other.

I have been working for CarMax for maybe over 8months now. I've met alot of new people within my area, I work in and live in. I have a fantastic team, that is always supportive of each other. Working with caremax gives me flexibility to work within my daughter school hours which is perfect for me as I'm a loan parent. All client are like family to us. which makes work even more welcoming.

I’ve been working here at caremax for a year now and have enjoyed it everyday. I’m currently doing my health and social care apprenticeship with the company and the office support me with it all. The staff I work with are really lovely and supportive. Any issues I’ve had with rotas etc have been heard and dealt with immediately by the office. The company have helped me grow in my Confidence. It’s a pleasure to work at caremax

I have worked at CareMax for 2 years and have really enjoyed my time here. I have gained lots of knowledge and experience within my job role. I have met some of the most amazing people both staff and service users. I have always been supported by management and my feedback is always listened to. My hard work and commitment paid off a year ago when I was promoted to senior carer for my area, a role which I really enjoy
