Very good service for both my father and the family. Always polite and helpful staff and requests are quickly dealt with. The carers are lovely, and my dad enjoys the company and their thoughtful help.

I’ve worked for helping hands for the past 3 years and my experience with them as been nothing short of amazing, both with the managing team that always have your back are accommodating and caring towards their customers and carers alike and the lovely people I visit and the gratifying experiences they provide you when you’re able to bring a bit of joy and positive change to their lives. Helping Hands was recommended to me by a friend as I was looking for care for my mother who has dementia. Overall I find the company very reliable and the communication skills of the office staff excellent. The carers I have met have been kind and genuinely caring people who will call me if they are unsure about something. Recently I have been looking for a new cleaner and HH have even been able to help with this, which was a big relief!

My first experience of home care . As an independent person I was uneasy about being washed and dressed by strangers, loss of dignity. All the carers who have attended me have been wonderful, I have never st anytime felt uncomfortable. They can't do enough to help and have totally put me at ease.
