Premier Inn Brentwood hotel

Fantastic hotel, staff are friendly and welcoming. room was comfortable and good value. breakfast was very good. buffet style breakfast constantly topped up and fresh.

I have stayed here on and off because of work. the staff are great but if there’s a problem with the room then it is a struggle to get things sorted out with the manager! the evening food is good and breakfast is good. the cleaning and maintenance staff could do a lot better when a complaint goes in especially with the toilets in several rooms! but the bar staff and dining staff do their best to ensure you have a good stay!

Visited for a work event close by. the location is great, right amongst everything or at least a short walk. the train station is also only 5 minutes walk away. parking is available but half of the car park was shut during our visit so we had to park in the train station, this cost me £12 for two nights if i recall correctly. the hotel itself is ok, i've stayed at better premier inns cosmetically speaking. my bed was comfortable and my room was clean. on the second floor it smelt like fish and chips in the corridors so unsure what that was about, luckily this didn't enter my room!

It's a premier inn, it's not going to be special. it was adequate, staff are well versed and effective. the problem lies in the other guests, why should your children be free to roam around the hotel without supervision, running up and down corridors screaming? do you think this is good ?
