I didn’t know what to expect when I started my sessions with Jane. I did not know much about Hypnotherapy but I had found traditional therapy had not worked for me as well as I had hoped, so I thought I would give it a go. I can definitely say this was a huge success for me and worked much better than I could have hoped. Jane is a calm, confident and positive hypnotherapist who led me through her Fresh Horizons program with ease.
