I got in touch with jordan and mike at bonds and i cannot fault their customer service and knowledge. i was in the market for a specific rolex which had been hard to source, however i was contacted by bonds only a few days after registering interest with them for this watch and it was sourced for me in under 4 working days. i could not recommend bonds enough.

I went to bonds for some advice for a rolex i had bought that i wasn’t happy with and luckily enough bonds had one which was the exact same but a lot newer and in mint condition! jordan was really helpful and provided me with great service which really put me at ease when making a big purchase 😊 thanks to bonds i’m really happy with my 30th birthday present!

Great customer service. went in the morning to get a slightly alternate ring downsized (hammered silver). nowhere else in brentwood were willing to work on it. bonds assessed it carefully, explained what they would have to do, gave a very low price and had it done by the end of the day. when complete, it was still slightly lose, so they gave me the receipt and told me to try it for a week or two, and come back if it needed downsizing again. i did go back, and they downsized it by another half-size for free. fits perfect now.
