A lovely team who are very friendly. I had an unfortunate experience with another jewellers down the high road. I had asked for a ring measuring service (willing to pay of course) only to be accused of having a cheek asking it. Odd and i did get very annoyed. So I went to heart of Gold and was helped immediately by three very kind ladies and purchased a ring measurement band. I'll be taking my wedding ring which needs resizing down to them in the near future. I'd really recommend them and have found my local jewellers :)

I had a broken necklace I have worn for years! I had taken it into the shop and asked for a repair, it only took 5 minutes and he didn’t even charge me! Lots of great jewellery inside also! Many thanks for you kindness
