A lovely team who are very friendly. i had an unfortunate experience with another jewellers down the high road. i had asked for a ring measuring service (willing to pay of course) only to be accused of having a cheek asking it. odd and i did get very annoyed. so i went to heart of gold and was helped immediately by three very kind ladies and purchased a ring measurement band. i'll be taking my wedding ring which needs resizing down to them in the near future. i'd really recommend them and have found my local jewellers :)
I had a broken necklace i have worn for years! i had taken it into the shop and asked for a repair, it only took 5 minutes and he didn’t even charge me! lots of great jewellery inside also! many thanks for you kindness
