Small gym but never too busy! good selection of equipment and lovely staff.
Excellent fitness and gym facilities. always polite, professional and helpful staff on hand to help if needed.
The gym is set over two floors. the ground floor has the cardio equipment with a small selection of weights and the upper floor the weights equipment. it is well spec'd albeit in a small area. there is a swimming pool too. i haven't used this but intend to.
Gym is on the smaller side with weights that don’t go too heavy, swimming pool is a little small also, but overall good facilities that are well looked after.
Good atmosphere. separate cardio and conventional gyms. air conditioned.
