Excellent service. we've been customers of brentwood lock & safe for years now. they have consistently provided a professional service backed up with an impressive knowledge of all of the problems we've experienced (locks, safes, padlocks and all other security products). their helpful and polite staff always do their utmost to accommodate our needs and solve the problems for us.

Five star isn’t enough for these guys i bought a pair brass handles a while ago they developed a fault yesterday i took them back to try and get them repaired or replaced had a phone call today (under 24hrs) to say replacement were in ready to be collected no charge. really nice guys couldn’t have been more helpful now a secure front door again a first class company well done. many thanks tf.
