Five star isn’t enough for these guys I bought a pair brass handles a while ago they developed a fault yesterday I took them back to try and get them repaired or replaced had a phone call today (Under 24hrs) to say replacement were in ready to be collected no charge. Really nice guys couldn’t have been more helpful now a secure front door again a first class company well done. Many thanks TF.
