I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family and to anyone in general asking about the Ghost Alarm. They are a very professional company. Called in the morning they said come in, was expecting to wait a few days, but to my surprise I was asked to wait 35 minutes and got a perfect new key that operated my remote control perfectly. Polite and helpful staff. Highly recommend.

I just came back from these guys and they were brilliant. They offered excellent customer service and their offices are comfortable with modern conveniences. You can make yourself a coffee while you wait and when it is all done, the team will give you a very detailed and clear explanation of the service they provided. I had a ghost installed and their price was very competitive.
