Message mark after a drunken twist of my bifold door handle came off in my hand, he came first thing in the morning to make sure it would lock and be secure until the husband came back, swapped handles over and came back today and fixed with a new one. I called Mark early on a Saturday morning after locking myself out, he was with me within 10 mins and had the door open promptly. Brilliant service highly recommend.

Mark came out in the evening and was with me in less than the hour he quoted. He was personable, provided excellent customer service and was able to removed the snapped key from the lock quickly and efficiently. Mark then proceeded to give the door a service and provided 2 replacement keys. He kindly checked the back door too while he was here and provided some helpful tips on security.
