I run long distances so see Jo regularly to maintain my legs , it definitely keeps me running injury free . I always feel great after a treatment. Would highly recommend Jo she is very knowledgeable .

I started seeing Jo when I had back pain from carrying two young children around, she really helped to relive the tension in my back. Since then I have seen Jo for PT sessions which she really targeted to build up the muscles I had lost tone in after having my children. She expertly ensured I was able to achieve my goals guiding my exercise and diet, she was so kind and encouraging. Jo also identified a damaged rotator cuff I had after an falling accident and helped me recover with appropriate exercise and massage.

I have been coming to Jo for sports/ deep tissue massage since July 2022, once every couple of weeks. It's been fantastic. I remember one time specifically, my performance in the gym improved following a sports massage session with Jo the day before - there was an exercise that I couldn't do for a while as the range of movement wasn't there (I work out with a PT), but evidently the magic that Jo performed loosened some tightness and I gained a range of movement needed for the exercise the next day. When my mother-in-law arrived with aches following a 5+ hours flight, I took her to see Jo, and MIL was impressed (she has deep tissue massages regularly, and she's been getting them for years, so had a solid base to compare to). Personally, every time after Jo's session, I feel so light, and it brings me so much joy. Highly recommend.
