Just taken delivery of a mattress purchased on line for our spare room. felt safe ordering on line as ordered the same mattress we have on our own bed . online ordering process was simple . telephoned queries dealt with efficiently and politely . email correspondence anwered promptly . delivery slot info was provided in a timely fashion and estimated eta was spot on the two man delivery to the 2nd floor bedroom carried out by two well dressed and very polite young men very quickly on a very hot muggy day .
