I have visited this practice few times for my routine eye checks. the staff here are very friendly, polite and helpful. the prices for the glasses were very reasonable. parking spaces are available next to the practice.

So so very helpful ... sarah and craig managed to get me an appointment even when i knew they were busy. craig managed to change my lenses from one frame to another without any problems yet my usual opticians and another couldn’t manage to do this,cheers craig !!!!! i and my family will not go anywhere else in the future even though we have to travel over 30 minutes to get to their premises.. thank you .. regards.. philip ..

Extremely professional, proficient, knowledgeable and courteous. thorough examinations and no hard sell on the spectacles. good selection and only use good quality lenses. highly recommend.

This is an outstanding opticians. i wasn't a patient of theirs but i called them as something went in my eye a week earlier and i was still having issues with it. dee answered my call and she was really compassionate and helpful. she clearly explained how they could help and said she would call me back after speaking with jessica, the optometrist. i swiftly got a call back saying i needed to be seen that day, and they would fit me in-between other appointments. when i went i was greeted by jessica and she was so lovely. she was very thorough in looking at my eye issue and managed to get something from under my top eye lid. the service was top-notch, jessica was a delight and really reassuring. i will definitely go back to see them in the future. thank you for all the help!
