Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Brentwood

Booked as has ear infection in both ears and one was completely blocked... managed to book an appointment the day before (which I was amazed about) online and dropped in the next morning. Gent I saw was extremely helpful, seemed to know all the right questions to ask to get to why I was there. He explained everything to perfect detail and was super polite and patient with any questions I had, was even happy to direct me to nearest toilets and offered to wait until I came back. Very next level service. All the advisors and managers in the store seems to give great eye contact, always a sign of good customer service when people actually want to serve you and wish you well. Definitely recommend, can understand some of other comments about wait times (not that I even waiting 30 seconds for my appointment) but would just say near mid day on a Sat is bound to be busy and I dont think waiting 20-30 mins is a massive issue even if I did have to wait. Either way you feel, definitely come here and experience great customer service from colleagues who seem genuinely interested.

Excellent service. Snapped my frames on a trip to Weald country park, took them in close to closing and the staff were incredibly helpful with finding a replacement pair at very short notice.

It excellent team and most importantly everyone was so polite and helpful I would recommend it to everyone to visit this store if in need of eye check and glasses, great products too and the best prices only the best of everything!!!! Thank you so much for looking after us so well we were so surprised that we could not stop talking everyone made us feel so welcome it's just the best👍

The staff were friendly from the moment I walked in. They listened to what I needed and didn’t need. There was no forced selling used, I didn't need new glasses just the nose pieces replaced which they did happily. Everything they did was explained clearly and precisely. Thank you to the amazing team
