Vision Express Opticians - Brentwood

Cant recommend this branch any more highly, a* service, lovely staff. There was a particularly rude and entitled customer being very awkward and aggressive with the front of house staff while i waited for my appointment today. Pretty embarassingly behaviour from her end. The way they handled the mountain out of a molehill situation was commendable. Professional to no end. Happy with my eye test and new frames on order too. Keep up the good work guys

My glasses were bent in weird ways, and many other vision express stores didn't understand my issue, or listened to me, or mended my glasses so they'd feel comfortable on my nose. I've had high quality service since I visited this store 2 months ago. The staff listened to my problems, understood exactly what I was saying, and fixed my issue. I couldn't have been more happy with the service at this branch. The staff here are 100% helpful, understanding, knowledgeable, and will go the extra mile to help you.

Went in to the Brentwood shop a couple of weeks ago as my brother in law had lost his glasses case. The young lady on the reception could not have been more helpful and so friendly. She gave me a case but made me feel like an important customer even though she was doing me a favour. Great customer service.

I have excellent service from a lady on the phone (I’m sorry I don’t remember your phone) and Lauren. I looked after a dog who chewed my glasses and broke one of the lenses. The staff advised me over the phone they could help me in store and checked the stock before I made my way there. Once there, they fixed my glasses right away and they looked brand new. An overall wonderful service, thank you!!
