Brilliant customer service, very reliable and prompt. great knowledge and extremely professional! got rid of a family of foxes (humanely) from under my deck and also dealt with a mouse problem, and removed fleas (from my cat). i would only ever use s&s pest control and can absolutely recommend them.

I can not recommend scott at s&s pest control ltd enough. so call scott yesterday informing him that i had a wasps nest on my roof. he was very knowledgeable and was available to come over the following day to deal with them. the results where instantaneous. i would highly recommend scott and his service to anyone that requires a reliable pest control service.

So happy we found s&s pest control ltd! scott came to investigate our rat issue in the loft quickly and understood our urgency and concern. very knowledgeable and got rid of the rats in the time frame he estimated. after his last visit confirming the rats had gone he checked around our house to find the possible entrance point-he found it by our next door neighbours house, confirming they had climbed up the shared wall cavity- because of this we were able to seal the hole and prevent further pests coming into our home and my elderly neighbours. we would definitely hire again if any other pest problem occurred, not just because he did a great job but done with a great attitude and working with heart and smile.

I had several quotes for my pest problem. some of them ridiculously high. this company did an excellent job for a reasonable price. i really can't fault them. scott dealt with the issue knowledgeably and efficiently. he was very reassuring and kept in touch throughout the procedure.
