First time taking my pom pup to jamie. he was super friendly and amazing keeping my pup calm leaving him all fresh and tidy

I have been using jamie for probably nearly 4-5 years now, he did used to groom my older dog benji at first and then once we got our new pup, who is now 2, groomed them both together. we started slowly with neo so he could get used to being groomed slowly, as jamie really, really is passionate about not upsetting the dogs or stressing them out. which i think is the most important trait to have as a groomer. jamie isn’t the type of groomer who has lots of other dogs in, he staggers the appts, so it’s one in one out. as i said, he really cares about the dogs and always puts their welfare first. up until i found jamie, my other dog used to get so stressed going to the groomers and i know it wounds silly but it wasn’t until, i saw the differences in the way he worked compared to the other ‘salons’ we’d taken benji to over the years that we realised why he got so stressed & nervous. anyway, we have never looked back. yes he does get booked up and you do need to book but there is a reason for that, because he’s so good at what he does, & the way he cares about the dogs and the time and dedication he takes with each dog really is amazing. both my dogs loved going for their groom and the youngest still sees him regularly and walks in all calm and relaxed. i do believe he really forms a special bond with each dog. neo came out today looking fresh as always and smelling as gorgeous as usual!! also, the way he grooms each dog and the attention to detail is really another level. i for one am so happy we found such a great groomer for both of our dogs and i will always continue to recommend him and his services to everyone i know. thanks jamie once again, see you next month 😊

Rosie has visited jamie & jess three times now - once for her puppy introduction to grooming, then a full groom and today a post holiday summer cut. her spring coat was matted and she was very dirty from her adventures in the french countryside. jamie and jess discussed the approach they would take, explained the causes of matting and advised on future management of her curly coat. they are both so approachable, really listen to what we are saying and offer great grooming advice to us as relatively new puppy owners. where something unusual needs to be attended to, jamie checks in with us first. that for us, is the best of customer service. we are delighted with today’s grooming and rosie is always very happy to visit, dragging us on her lead as we near the salon door! thank you jamie & jess! !

My mini poodle has been going here a while now and i’m not normally a person to do reviews (this is my first ever) but i jamie is exceptional at what he does, my dog even waggs his tail when he goes in there! his grooms always come out to point perfection and parker always comes home smelling so fresh. if you ever come across his page and are looking for a groomer stop and give him a message, you’ll never go anywhere else again. we are very lucky to have found petspa ♥️

I’ve been going to jamie for a while now and i have received amazing service every time. thank you for taking such good care of beau, it is always a pleasure sending him here to get groomed as he comes out smelling so clean and looking smart. we are very luck to have come across pet spa and i highly recommend taking your puppy here. 🐶🤍
