Eric from assure heating and plumbing ltd has helped me to install a new boiler back in 2018, and i have been using his service ever since. he does my annual gas safety check and boiler service, helped to install a new toilet unit, fixed leaking radiator, fixed broken washing machine water pump, and many other plumbing related works. when i was searching for a boiler installer, faced with countless online info, it was very difficult to distinguish the good from the rest, i called many installers, eric was the person who spoke patiently over the process and answered my questions with clarity, that's when i decided to give it a try, and i am glad to this day i have done so. eric's service quality is top notch, his communication provides clear info on what will be involved, and he explains things a layman will understand without ever feeling being pushed or rushed into any decision. invoicing format and delivery method excellent for my own record keeping purpose. best experience always. i have so much confidence in him that later i recommended eric to my immediate neighbour tony, tony felt exactly as i did regarding eric's professionalism, that he later referred eric to his other neighbour an old lady which i have seen but do not know personally. eric never asked me to review online, but today while reading trustpilot for something else, i suddenly realised that after nearly 7 years of using his service, i owe him a proper and long overdue review! i wish more people can try eric's service.

I needed a new boiler fitted and assure heating provided a competitive fixed price quote along with a long service warranty with 2 years free annual servicing which convinced me to use them. very professional, courteous and a hard working team. they had the boiler installed and working in one day. with no hidden costs or surprises afterwards. i can highly recommend using eric and assure heating.

We asked eric (assure heating & plumbing) to replace our leaking shower pump. he provided a very competetive quote, and came to do the job at the time and date arranged. unfortunately, what should have been a simple job turned into a much more complicated one due to seized up gate valves and poor work carried out by previous plumbers when a new water heater was installed. eric suggested a solution which we happily accepted and the problem was solved by some extra pipework which was expertly fitted. i would recommend this company without hesitation and it will certainly be the only place that we would go to for any plumbing needs in the future.
