Ingrown toenails. great advice on how to proceed and great care throughout the procedure. absolutely no pain. aftercare was thorough and dr neil was always available if i had any concerns. i recommend dr neil if you have any problems.

Big thank you to neil!! i've been pounding the streets for the last year walking 10k a day for exercise and raising money forcharity!! i always suffered from lower back, hip and knee problems which were a real killer!! i went to see neil who scanned my feet and made me some amazing orthotics /custom made insoles!! completely changed my life, pretty much pain free now, absolutely amazing!! lovely bloke too!! if you've got any foot, ankle, knee, hip, back pains its well worth going to see him. (he's very thorough with covid safe restrictions 👍)

Definitely recommend. originally visited neil for the oldest child after a physio highlighted that his gait was off. neil is very knowledgeable, experiences and professional. he takes the time to properly assess and explain what’s going on and manages your expectations. he can make up insoles on site, which is perfect for growing feet. we have seen an instant and sustained improvement. since having the insoles we are experiences less falls and muscle pulls. neil also follows up after two weeks to ensure all is well. the issue for us is hereditary flat feet, since having insoles made for myself my lower back pain has virtual;y disappeared. it’s impressive how the right insoles can make walking and running more comfortable. we are really pleased with the service we received at kinetic podiatry clinic brentwood. thank you neil.

I've had osteoarthritis in my knee for many years, and i've been treated by various physios, my gp, a podiatrist and a knee consultant, which have all helped, but never effectively really treated the root cause. i also have a problem with my big toe joint on the same side, which also flares up and makes it painful to walk. i have flat feet and have i been using decent quality off the shelf orthotics for many years, and again they have helped, but i have never had any that have been tailor made specifically for my feet. my knee problem recently flared up and i was unable to walk for 4 days, and i started having knee replacement conversations but i know how expensive these things are and how long it takes, which prompted me to look for an alternative solution. i recently went to see neil, he filmed me walking on the tread mill, showed me the footage, explained what the problem was and how he could help. he made a temporary set of orthotics for me and said that the pain in both my knee and foot would be gone or much improved by the time i saw him again in 2 weeks time. after many years of experience with my bad foot and knee, i was very skeptical at such a bold (bordering on arrogant) statement, but i have to say that he delivered on it! i still get mild aches in my knee and foot after exercise, but i am no longer in pain! ankle, knee, hip and back problems are often caused by the feet not working properly, so if you are suffering from any of the above, do yourself a favour and go and see neil.

Let me start by giving a brief history of my problem. it started about 18 months ago, first i was getting back ache after walking and sleeping, then the bottom of my feet were very sore and aching. i went to see a local podiatrist who diagnosed plantar fascists, they recommended buying some insoles which i did, but it didn't seem to help. i then was recommended to neil and booked a consultation. on that first visit he thoroughly examined my feet and videoed me walking, i left there with some insoles that he custom made for me and although they were a bit uncomfortable at first, after a week or so i found that my symptoms had improved. on my 2 week review with neil he made me another pair of insoles slightly different to the 1st pair, again they were a bit uncomfortable for a week but i now find i rarely get back pain and my feet are much better now. the 2nd pair of insoles he made for me will last about 2 years so hopefully it will improve even more. if you suffer from similar symptoms to mine i would highly recommend a visit to neil.
