Emerson from demoney management i can't praise enough, i have worked on multiple properties across london for him recently, payment has always been very fast and communication is excellent, genuinely one of the nicest guys i ever had the pleasure of working with.

I live in a building that emerson manage for close to five years now. the building is always well maintained. emerson has always been so nice and pleasant, no request for support was ever too troublesome, and he listens to residents' feedback too. he is also very communicative with all the happenings within the building. highly recommend his service :)

Demoney management have been our freehold management company for a short while now. we are very happy with their services and emerson is approachable and always on hand to resolve unexpected issues as well as deal with the day to day running of the building.

Cannot recommend emerson at demoney management's services highly enough. he currently manages a property that i rent out as well as the entire building as the managing agent. i used to be quite stressed with the management of both but i don't have to worry at all now. emerson is proactive, dealing with problems immediately or even before they occur, and always endeavours to do the best option. if costs are involved, he also always manages to keep them down. having demoney managing things for me has been a game changer.

Emerson at demoney management has managed our building for the last year or so after the leaseholders purchased the freehold together following a long and frustrating experience with the previous freeholder and building management. emerson came highly recommended and has been really helpful and proactive so far. i would not hesitate to recommend.
