Allen Carr's Easyway to Stop Smoking - Brentwood

It was an amazing experience to finish off my 3rd attempted to give up smoking. I didn’t smock for 7 years after reading Allen Carr book Easy Way to Give up Smocking. Came back o smocking through divorce.. redundancies, stress, etc.. on 2nd September 2017 I was ready for my challenge- booked a seminar with Sara in Essex, booked a holiday week after and …. 6 month later - still smocking free. The seminar juts worked for me . It covered every aspect of my cynicism, self doubts. The therapist was absolutely excellent with own life experience of giving up both smoking and drinking for 18 years. Sara is inspirational .. This time when I gave up it feels -ITS for good!!! The one sentence is really stays with me from the seminar : “there is nothing to give up !!! I should have never smoked!! Thank you so much for a new happy me!! My friends and family are absolutely amazed and think I am a super women.. Not really - it just works. I would recommend Essex seminars a 100% Essex seminars . thanks for reading my story . Olga
