I just wanted to say a massive thank you to your team - Callum, Scott and all of the wonderful people sent to help us on our packing and then moving day. They were all professional and efficient and also, kind and polite, helpful and funny - just the kind of people you need around on a potentially stressful day! The whole process with your company was fantastic; from the initial visit to quote right the way through to the packing day and then the moving day. The office and admin staff were kind, understanding and super efficient especially when things got tricky arranging a completion date, with all the false starts that can happen during a move when you're involved in a long chain! I cannot recommend your company enough - I've been singing your praises to all who'll listen! Thank you all - a wonderful service, super reasonable and lovely people.

The whole team at AJ Stephenson were brilliant from start to finish. Every person we had contact with was helpful, easy to deal with, answered all of our questions and made us feel confident we were in safe hands. What also made the whole process stress free, was being able to hold a date in the future until we were ready to confirm a final date, after we had successfully exchanged contracts, this gave us a huge benefit in also coordinating our onwards plans. On the day of the move the 4 removal men who attended our property, were friendly, helpful, easy to communicate with. Nothing was too much trouble, 2 of the more experienced men really excelled in their knowledge and how to safely remove all of our items quickly and efficiently. When unloading the van at our new property, again the professionalism given was great, I have always used and recommended AJ Stephenson and will continue to do so.

Highly recommended. Excellent communication throughout. This was quite a challenging move due to a very short notice exchange and completion. The office staff were really helpful responsive and supportive in what was a very stressful circumstance. On the day the removal team were really friendly respectful and nothing was too much trouble. No hesitation in recommending their services.

Brilliant service, prompt, helpful, knowledgeable and extremely efficient staff. Packing and collection completed as promised, storage effectively managed, and retrieval and unpacking brilliantly done. A seamless process that A.J. Stephenson made to look as it is was just so simple, thus enabling house and country moving which could have been a headache to actually be almost completely stress free. The only service over the past fifteen years which have caused me no upsets or dramas. I would highly recommend them to anyone requiring storage, removals and packing services. They are simply the best!
