Neal badger of ace repairs did an excellent job. he came quickly to look at the problem with the roof. he explained clearly what was causing the problem. he provided 2 quotes, one for a quick patch up job and one for a complete job with a 5 year guarantee i chose the bigger quote. he came quickly at an agreed time and also undertook to make sure he did not damage some neighbouring shrubs. he was friendly, completed the job well within the estimated time, was tidy, kept to the quote and the roof looks very good
The repair to damaged tiles and infrastructure around the chimney area was carried out punctually and with no fuss or bother to us residents. the results, after the first real rain for weeks, are excellant. the water ingress that was present, prior to the repair, was non existant. i would recomend ace repairs for this type of work without any hesitation.
From conception to completion, from initial survey, explanation of problem, option on realistic quotes and advice on starting dates were all handled in the most courteous manner that any business should observe. neal was prompt from commencement, methodical, experienced and tidy throughout the whole works with not a scrap of rubbish evident on completion. his communications and administration were very prompt along with clear and precise quotes, statements and invoicing. i would wholeheartedly recommend his company for any roof works all day long. richard marson
Due to the recent storms i needed new roofing on my garden shed. i requested a number of quotes but neal was quickly in touch and came round to quote for the job. he explained the options, gave an attractive quote particularly compared to a new shed and was able to undertake the work within a short time. the quality and soundness of the finished work is amazing and of the highest quality and i cannot more highly recommend ace repairs. it always seems a gamble when anything needs repair/replacement. in my opinion not with ace repairs.
