The Rose Shenfield - Bar & Dining

Very nice, cosy and surprisingly sheltered and warm even on a very windy evening. I absolutely love the setout, very Covid Safe. Food options are good too and the drinks don't let you down either. Altogether a very nice experience and I will definitely book to go back. Had to pay a small deposit to hold the table for us, and I guess that gets taken away if you don't show up or cancel your booking. Food was very delicious. Very happy!

Great night out at the Rose. Ate in the bar due to availability and demand for seats outside, which was still very nice. We were looked after all night by the bar staff who were attentive and efficient to ensure a great night out and the food was very well received.

Lovely place for a Sunday roast, service was impeccable, staff were lovely and the food (and wine) was great! Couldn't fault it!

Great little pub, especially nice for Sunday Roasts. This pub is now dog friendly, so i changed my stars and rewrote this review. Me and my husband and I visited today for sunday lunch and was not disappointed. We really enjoyed it and visited the back garden over looking the fields for the first time. So peaceful and relaxing..
