By far the best experience i have ever had working with a travel agent. he listened well, planned and made travel arrangements thinking ahead for me. timeframes were thought through with my convenience and efficiency in mind. i think rynards' knowledge and communication skills are exceptional and matched with unbridled energy going above and beyond just for me.

My friends used raynard and his team for their trip to south africa, and had a great experience, and highly recommended them. i did, and words can’t describe how wonderful my experience was working with raynard. he and his staff were incredible from beginning to end. they were available at any time with any questions or help that i needed. they planned a wonderful itinerary and made sure i was taken care of personally every step of the trip. from the hotel to activities- everything was superb! i have special food needs and raynard made sure that i was accommodated. the lodge i stayed at treated me with golden gloves and i’m sure it was because raynard made the arrangements. i was traveling alone and it was my first time going to south africa. i was very nervous but working with raynard eased my worries. raynard often checked in to see how things were going. he was super patient and made sure every need i had was met. everything went super smooth. it was really wonderful to know i had someone for whatever i needed. it was a super experience from beginning to end.

South africa is just wonderful from the friendliness of the people to the varied landscapes to the wildlife. our family visited there this past august. with the terrific guidance of jenny-lee we had the most amazing time. she and/or reynard were always just a phone call or text away. nothing was ever an inconvenience for them. our experience was 5 star from the vehicles, drivers, guides and lovely accommodations. thank you again from me and mine.

Our two trips to africa, both under the very capable guidance of jennie-lee and her team were 5-star magical. from the moment we arrived in africa, every detail was completely taken care of. the entire trip was 100% seamless. traveling with jennie-lee and company gave us worry-free vacations. we were in expert hands that met our every need with the highest degree of professionalism. we loved working with jennie-lee and her team, and hope to repeat that experience in the future.

The team were incredible from start to finish. hadn’t forgotten a single detail and took the greatest care of us from the moment we landed in africa until the moment we left. any question we had whilst on the trip was sorted immediately with a smile but there was almost nothing to sort, it had all been planned so well. we had the holiday of a lifetime, beautiful and phenomenal in every way. i would use them over and over. the best company if you are looking for adventure, luxury and culture.
