We're just back from a superb trip to Canada arranged by Richard. He arranged flights, lovely hotels and our fabulous whale watching trip. He has arranged holidays for us before and we will certainly use him again!

Richard is extremely knowledgable when it comes to booking luxury five star holidays. My wife and I have booked through him for many trips and he always finds us the best locations and top venues at competitive prices. I would also recommend him for F1 race breaks as he can get everything organised for you with just one phone call, I would like to add that his customer service is exceptional and any questions that I have thrown at him he has answered.

Needed an all in package to attend a conference in Orlando. Richard put one together (return flights and three nights stay) for less money than I was quoted online for a one way flight! Great pre and post service too, checking everything was working OK - which it was. Two words if you're going away on business or pleasure. "Phone Prestige".

A slight delay in posting this review but we’re living in strange times at the moment! I want publicly thank Richard for his tireless work to get me back from Australia during the recent pandemic. I was marooned in Sydney and my flights back to U.K. had been cancelled on three separate occasions. Richard worked tirelessly and often “out of normal hours” in order to repatriate me. It’s easy to say someone went above and beyond the call of duty but he genuinely did. Richard made me feel as if I was the only customer he had to focus on and without his intervention I would have been stranded for a great deal longer. I can’t thank him enough for the effort he put into seeing my safe return to U.K. Well done Richard, without doubt I will be booking with you again! (when the World gets back to normal of course!)👍
