Jess is a great teacher, i was new to yoga and she made me feel very comfortable in her classes. the atmosphere is very relaxed and jess is incredibly knowledgable! i would 100% recommend.
Jess is a wonderful teacher. her approach is less about perfecting the physical practice and more about how the movement feels whilst working on your inner self. her classes are really bonding and i have made many new friends. would highly recommend x
Can't rate jess and wellbeing yoga highly enough. jess is extremely knowledgeable and makes the classes fun, combining mindfulness and mental wellbeing with the physical practice, something i hadn't been able to fine with other classes i had attended. i always come away feeling enriched both physically and mentally. there's always a lovely bunch of people in the classes too, all genuinely supportive of one another.
I have been going to jess for over a year now and absolutely love her classes. it was a step outside of my comfort zone when i joined, as i'd only ever done gym yoga before. when i leave a class i feel reenergised and lighter. jess really knows how to read the room and her classes always seem to make everyone completely relax, challenge themselves, have fun and feel genuinely good when they end. wouldn't stop going to jess now - it's my weekly therapy!
Jess is great. extremely professional and knowledgeable. every session is different, fresh and surprising. the physical and mental benefits are huge! have been practicing yoga with her for almost 1 year and i look forward to join next class from one week to another :)
