Kwik Fit - Bridgend

Really good service. I stopped in as an emergency on the way home from work because the car was making a noise and didn't feel right. Rob straight away could see my wheel alignment was off by quite a bit and fixed it even though it was the end of the day. Thanks guys.

Happy to have got tyres checked and new ones where necessary but having to wait two and a half hours was ridiculous, especially for people of our age.. There should be some sort of appointment system in place. This was 3rd time of trying as they were so busy we didn’t wait first 2 times. We were told ‘first come first served’ when I asked if we could make an appointment.

Service was good, the staff were helpful and did everything I asked of them in a timely and professional manner, the car is running and driving great.

I had a flat tyre and I phoned several (non Kwik Fit) garages to book in my car. I got the same message from all, saying they were fully booked. Only Kwik Fit offered a drop-in service. I dropped my car off first thing in the morning, walked to work and then got a call only two hours later saying it was all fixed and ready to collect. Fantastic service.

Absolutely fantastic experience at Kwik Fit in Bridgend. Prompt response, great pricing, spot on customer service and a top bloke who dealt with us (Rob). Sorted our headlight issues in record time. Thanks Rob 👍
