I’ve known spencer for many years he is a first class architect. i have worked with him on numerous projects over the years. as i am a general builder i need a good architect and i can highly recommend spencer he shows great attention to detail and explores numerous options for his clients satisfaction.
Rsc architect provided me with excellent drawings to interpret a design concept for presentation to a representative from welsh government's tourism team. the drawings were very positively received and will form a major part of the proposed briefing reporting back to welsh government minister. the architect captured the essence of the design providing the modern slant it required and moving the whole concept to another level.
Spencer completed the building regs application for a small porch extension for us, all went smoothly, he was responsive and desalt with our comments swiftly. the job was quite straight forward and the outcome is good, we would use rsc again.
