I had broken the chain on my roller blind so travelled from port talbot they replaced it fir me free of charge when they heard how far i had travelled and couldn't have been more helpful
So delighted with our shutters and the service received has been exceptional from our initial enquiry to the installation. at every stage all staff were friendly and helpful, courteous and professional. many thanks for a fantastic product a*****
My contact was with rachel bluck in (sloper road) cardiff store. excellent service. samples sent to my home for me to make final decisions. they came out to measure windows, and when made, came to fit/hang. very impressed with the quality. have recommended to two friends already.
The service from start to finish was excellent. the quality of workmanship five star and would definitely recommend the company.
Can’t fault this company in customer service & quality of the electric blinds, i’ve used them twice in two different properties & any issues they will always come back free of charge.
