I had broken the chain on my roller blind so travelled from port talbot they replaced it fir me free of charge when they heard how far I had travelled and couldn't have been more helpful

My contact was with Rachel Bluck in (Sloper Road) CARDIFF store. Excellent service. Samples sent to my home for me to make final decisions. They came out to measure windows, and when made, came to fit/hang. Very impressed with the quality. Have recommended to two friends already.
