Toby Carvery Bridgend

This was your average Toby carvery. The food was tasty and the staff were kind and helpful. We booked a table in advance because it is quite busy. It was very hot in the restaurant, almost too hot to enjoy your food. There is wheelchair parking here and if you require a doggy bag or take away box they will provide this. This place offers food on the too good to go app and does take away options as well. We had drinks as well, because it was very warm they ended heating up very quickly. All in all good experience though. Food was very nice.

Been here a couple of times over the years. This visit after a quite a while we were pleasantly surprised. The staff were friendly and helpful. The car park was almost full on arrival & we had to sit in the Bar with no waitress service. We all had the carvery & the only criticism would be the small selection of vegetables. We all had a dessert & they were good VFM. We would return if in the area again.

We have visited Toby carvery many times. Good value and excellent quality. Staff are very kind and go beyond to help you. Amazing food Amazing quality, Amazing value. Always clean. Staff are so very busy but I think they do a fantastic job 👏. Thank you so much. We'll definitely be back for more. I can't praise them enough.

The staff here are very attentive and polite. When we arrived, we were given options on where we would like to sit and was greeted very quickly by the waitress for our drinks order. We had the Carvery and it was OK. I'm not sure why they had macaroni & cheese instead of cauliflower cheese as its not a combination I've considered with a roast dinner before. The roast potatoes were very crispy and the rest of the veg standard. I would welcome broccoli and roast parsnips, which were not on offer during our visit. The desserts were nicely presented and delicious. The experience was very enjoyable and I will definitely go there again, so I recommend it to anyone who fancies a roast but doesn't want the clearing up after!
