Had the misfortune to damage the bonnet of my car, and became increasingly frustrated when dealing with the insurers. I took the car to Mike at the Crash Repair Centre, who took photos of the damage, and took the claim number. He then sent me on my way, and called me to tell me when to bring the car in. Three days later he called to tell me to collect the car. Mike dealt entirely with the insurers, the repairs were first class, the customer service was exceptional, and I couldn’t have been more satisfied. This is an excellent business, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. T. Coombs

Amazing service from day 1! So pleased with the repair and kindness from all the staff. Offers of a lease car for free in replace of my own while it was being repaired. Offers of lifts to and from the garage when needed aswell. Amazing customer service and very inexpensive compared to some quotes I had - hundreds of pounds cheaper!! My car even got a clean and a hoover at no extra cost - inside and out! The staff here were also so accommodating and flexible to fit with my schedule. I genuinely couldn’t recommend them enough!
