We contacted Barry to service our log burner which hadn't been done for some time. Barrie was very responsive and polite, nothing was ever to much trouble. We left a key for Barrie to get in as we were in work and he sent video of him in action and explained everything that he had done. Barry and Phillip came and serviced my log burner today. Did a great job and replaced the fire rope. He was a bit later than arranged but I can live with that. Great service from you lads. And George your German Shepherd loved them so that says a lot
