Online it says there was the phone I wanted in store but wasn't. Wanted a Acer tablet that was on display but didn't have that one in store, so why have it on display

Helpful and friendly staff (although I’d have preferred it if the first colleague who dealt with us wasn’t repeatedly cracking his knuckles!). Don’t expect to take home whatever it is you’re buying as the store is pretty much a showroom of what’s available to order, hardly anything is in stock it’s all display so you’ll have to wait for delivery.

We bought a tumble dryer from Currys, when we got it home we found it was damaged and took it back. They did not have another one so arranged free delivery . It got delivered a few days later, when the delivery man opened the tumble dryer it was damaged in the same place. The driver offered to take it back or give a discount, we took the discount. He got on the phone and arranged a 20% discount.

Had a problem when setting up a printer and could not get it to connect to the laptop. Just taken it into Bridgend store and a really helpful store member named Richard solved the problem for us in store. Fantastic service, thank you Richard.

Bought online so pick up only used, but staff who brought me my item was pleasant and efficient
