Once instructed all of the staff got into action, the marketing worked to the degree that we had a number of viewings booked in within days. The result of these viewings was a full asking price being offered on the property, which resulted in the sale of the property completing within weeks of instruction. Absolutely brilliant from the first meeting to the very end. Listing was done an extremely high quality and really thought through to provide all the necessary information with high quality photos and videos. The viewings went very smoothly and all comments and relevant information was passed to us in a timely manner. Once a sale was agreed all the staff members really showed their class with a difficult buyer making strange decisions which caused delays. All issues were dealt with immediately and I was given any information needed as soon as it was available. I can't emphasize enough how brilliant all the staff were throughout the whole process.
