IL Vecchio Ristorante

Wow! This restaurant is an absolute gem! So glad we found it. The food is absolutely delicious, the staff are friendly and the restaurant itself is lovely, clean, spacious and clearly well maintained. The menu is concise, but do not let that put you off, what they do offer is fantastic quality, from starters to dessert, by far one of the best Italian restaurants I have been to. One of our daughters was made a pizza in the shape of a bear, she thought it was the best pizza ever! The choice of drinks was huge. My strawberry daiquiri was so good. Would highly recommend and would most definitely return should we be in the area again!

Absolutely top notch! I visited with friends under their recommendation. I was thinking of having a pizza, but this restaurant does not seem to do pizza. However, thoughts of pizza were soon forgotten when I ordered a pasta dish off the menu. The food is fantastic. The atmosphere is great. And I really like the fact they don't rush you. We were the last people in the restaurant, and they were not in a hurry for us to leave. If you want to eat in a classy place and have wonderful food and atmosphere, this may well be the place for you. I would say, make sure you book beforehand!

the best pasta I've eaten and the pizza is truly Italian, it tastes different from what we eat every day, everything was perfect: the food, the staff and the service. We will come back as many times as we have the opportunity ❤️

First time here and wow, what a fabulous lunch! Faultless, friendly service and impeccable food from the 2-course lunch menu for about £18pp. And a tiramisu for dessert with two spoons. A very easy 5 stars on all counts. Thank you very much and we shall be back again soon!
