Would highly recommend co.op funeral services they made a really difficult time alot easier with the funeral ov my mum I wanna thank them for listing to what we wanted and did all they could even follow up calls they were so understanding and always there if we needed to know anything so thank you Gareth . and the rest ov the funeral care team

Amazing support and empathy shown by all staff but have to mention Helen and Natalie. Nothing too much trouble. My mum really warmed to them and carried out all my mum's wishes for my dad. We had a humanist service and again linked us in with a lady they thought mum would get on with Ceri-Lou of Cherished moments. Would definately recommend.

Ian, Helen, Stephen and the rest of the staff in Rosemount have gone above and beyond to support my family & I at such a difficult time. They helped us to arrange a beautiful service for my Nan and kept us well informed throughout. Cannot recommend them enough. Thank you all!

Anybody in a situation that we found ourselves in these are the people you need in the most difficult times they made you feel so safe cared for and relaxed Helen went above and beyond in helping us and making sure my grampa Daniel was safe comfortable and at peace Ian was incredible at making me feel at ease on the day knowing the right things to say when you needed it the most they are all incredible and if we could give them more than 5 stars we would they are an amazing team and deserve all the recognition they get from crying on their shoulders to joking about swimming pools being full we couldn’t of done it without them thanks so much guys love Rhian andrea and ray xx

At the most emotional of times, you need someone who sorts out the details of your funeral for you, whilst explaining things to you and understanding your needs. From the first encounter with Helen, and subsequent contact with Gareth, we had the best of help and support, their customer care skills are excellent and they achieved just the right level of sympathy and respect with an important element of humour. We hope not to have to use them again, but if the need arises, they will definitely be our first port of call. I'm very grateful for the way they eased us through the process.
