Energie Fitness Bridgend

Been coming to this gym now for around 2 years, and will continue to do so for many years to come no doubt, all staff are very welcoming, ( i've seen staff come and go in my 2 years here) and all present and past staff have been extremely helpful and welcoming. decent sized gym, very clean and tidy every single time i come, feel extremely comfortable working out in all areas of the gym, highly recommend to anyone who feels many gyms are out of their comfort zone. thanks to all the staff at Énergie fitness bridgend, love this gym!

Very welcoming, energie has all the equipment i need. staff are friendly and offer great advice. i have been a member for two years and i’m still happy as a member now!

Been a member at energie fitness bridgend since it opened, very friendly and helpful staff always on hand if needed. great atmosphere and always plenty of machines free when i train. always new equipment arriving, excellent value for money ! classes are very popular and also good fun. would highly recommend this local friendly gym.

I'm a convert to energie from a well known 'premium' gym in bridgend and energie is way better. no having to book classes a week in advance at 7am if you want a chance of a place, energie classes always have space. lovely staff who i've actually got to know and i genuinely feel they care about you as an individual. great quality up to date equipment which is way better than the dated stuff in my old gym. and brilliant prices to top it off. don't waste your money elsewhere, join here!
