Right at Home Bridgend and Vale of Glamorgan

I started working at Right at Home in March 2020 just before everything went crazy and we had our first lockdown. I had never worked in care before and worried if I’d be good enough at my role. I’ve had the most amazing support from everyone who works there, from Management to other care givers. I’ve never been in a job in the 22 years I’ve worked were I genuinely felt appreciated. They go the extra mile for us all and when we need support we only need to pop in the office or pick up the phone. They’ve encouraged and supported me to further my education to become better at my job and know more about my role and on the days I don’t think I can do it they remind me I can. I can’t say enough how wonderful all the team are to work with and I’m completely proud to say I work alongside some of the best people.

I started working for Right at Home back in October 2020. It is such a brilliant company to work for and it is one of the best decisions I’ve made. They’re are very supportive and understanding. Right at home has had a massive positive effect on my life and could not be more comfortable anywhere else. They welcome you in with open arms and smiles. As a care company I really like working for them because of the quality of care that clients receive. I’m so proud to be apart of the team and look forward to the future.

I've been working for RAH Bridgend since February 2022 and I can honestly say that it's a great company to work for. All the office staff show genuine care to every carer and are always very flexible and fair. The care we give to our clients is the best and it's amazing to work with carers who go above to give a brilliant service.

I’ve worked at Right at home since April 2023 and having worked in a couple of care agency’s before I had lost all faith that these agency’s actually cared about staff or clients . Thankfully Right at home has restored my faith in this . I have loved every minute of working here . The clients are amazing . The carers do a fantastic job and the office are great,very supportive and fair. Only leaving as I’m going to work in hospital and would like to train on the more medical side of things . Will really miss them all

I worked at Right at Home from September 2022 to April 2023. I have to be honest I was as sad to leave, due to relocating. However, throughout my time the management, office staff and other careers have always been available for support and advice. There is a great team working at RAH, many you don't see but together making a difference to many lives. I had never done care work but I am so glad I did and chose Right at Home to take this journey with. It has been a life changing experience and after meeting all the clients my life is richer! A great company to work for!
