Premier Inn Bridgend (M4, J35) hotel

Hotels good. Cocktails are good (but missing the fruit) food … not so good. (Me)Is the fish pie microwaved? (Waiter) No… Oh yes it is, on a par with Chernobyl. Only way to get prawns that hard is to microwave them or make them out of rubber. Do you do this meal in child portions? No? Then put some chips on the plate mate. Curry, wow rubber poppadoms and rock hard Nan bread with… microwaved rice 😮‍💨

Checked in by a loverly young lady, she told me everything I needed to know. The food was fine, just like a Harvester. The water was lovery and hot, and the bed was fresh and clean. I wish I could have had a lay in the bed. Was that nice.

Booked a double room with extra single bed. Room was clean and a good space. Tv and the usual Tea and coffee facilities. Bathroom had a great shower and bath. Booked with a meal deal for the table table restaurant, food and service was nice with a good selection and reasonably priced. All you can eat continental breakfast and cooked breakfast, all tested good but black pudding could be a little crisper but that's my personal preference. All in all a great stay for our 1st time and we will definitely stay again.

Had a quick one night stopover here July 2023 and everything was pretty much perfect. Room at the rear was very quiet, bed very comfy, shower hot and powerful and breakfast excellent. Check-in friendly and quick and so very happy to give 5 stars

I stayed there for a total of 1 week and the overall experience was good. Although, it must be mentioned that some of the staff members in the restaurant might need to work on their attitudes... Most staff were very welcoming and nice people, but there were 2 staff who messed up the orders quite frequently and had a bit hostile attitude. The reception was very lovely and welcoming. Had really bad coverage of the phone reception signal, as well as people that I talked to around. (02, Three the worst). The chef at the restaurant knows how to do nice foodie, but might need to work on improving the menu a bit.
